Andrea Mantegna had a variety of different haircuts during his career. He reached fame as an outstanding painter, copperplate engraver, illuminator and graphic artist. However, the Italian Renaissance painter was especially known for his extradordinary looks and his charming character. Before his tragic demise at the age of 75 he was repeatedly featured in magazines and tabloids because of his outstanding looks.
